Climbing Mera Peak

Mera Peak climbing Expedition to the highest peak of Himalayas is an exciting technical hiking, walking trekking peak in Nepal gaining popularity among climber. The Peak itself rises to the south of Everest and stands tall as the highest trekking peak among other over 6000 m. The ascent of the peak is technically straight forward. However, the heavy snow and the maze of crevasses can make the way longer to the summit.

Besides the charm of climbing Mera Peak, the trek to its base camp from Lukla is rewarding for experiencing little-visited and as yet unspoiled region of Nepal with densely forested hillsides. There are several approaches to the base camp besides the easy and normal route, which is mentioned below. The routes crossing Amphu Labtsa (5,780m) and the Mingbo La (5,871m) provide some the most adventurous trekking with spectacular scenery through remote glaciated valleys and passes.

Mera Peak climbing Expedition summit stands at 6,461 meters which begins and ends with a sweeping scenic short flight to and from Lukla town, the gateway to walking Everest and to other wonderful area of Khumbu, walk leads through high passes, tranquil forest, summer pasture, and towards glacial lakes after an adventurous climb to Mera Peak. Our expert guides will fix ropes and make the path where necessary for safe climb to the top summit, from the top of Mera Peak, offers an overwhelming panorama of surrounding high mountains from Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Mt. Makalu all the way to Mt. Kanchenjunga in the far eastern horizon.
