After a plunge into the exotic bazaars of Kathmandu, we take a mountain flight to Lukla at 9,200 feet. Our first few days of trekking take us through all the major Sherpa villages—Namche Bazaar, Thame, Khumjung, and beautiful Tengboche Monastery—where we have a chance to meet the friendly people and soak up the colors, sights, and sounds of Sherpa village life.
Next we will take our trail forward to Ama Dablam Base Camp. We walk trails lined with beautiful mani stones and have a few rest days for acclimatization to help us in the days ahead Then we head for the rarified heights as we take the most direct hiking route to the stunning rocky outcrop of Kala Patar (18,192′), where we set our eyes on the awesome face of Everest, The Big One.
Weather permitting, we’ll also visit Everest Base Camp, with its views of otherworldly 50-foot-tall seracs (the blocks of ice among the crevasses of the glacier).

Day 01 : Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345 meters): transfer to hotel..
Day 02 : Explore Kathmandu valley & an orientation:
Day 03 : Flight to Lukla (2886m) and Trek to Phakding (2610m) – 3.5 hours-:and Begin Trek.
Day 04 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) – 6 Hours:
Day 05 : Rest day at Namche Bazaar (3440 m) for acclimatization:
Day 06 : Trek from Namche to Thame – 4 Hours:
Day 07 : Trek from Thame to Khumsung – 4-5 Hours:
Day 08 : Trek from Khumjung to Pangbuche – 5-6 Hours
Day 09 : Trek from Pangbuche to Ama Dablam Base Camp and return to Dingboche.
Day 10 : Rest day at Dingboche (4260 m.) for acclimatization:
Day 11 : Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4930 m.)- 5 Hours:
Day 12 : Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp/ Gorakshep (m.) 6-7 Hours.
Day 13 : Trek Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche (4243m.)- 7 Hours:
Day 14 : Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters) 6 hours.
Day 15 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.)- 6 Hours:
Day 16 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu- transfer to hotel.
Day 17 : Leisure day in Kathmandu or optional sightseeing of Kathmandu valley
Day 18 : Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
